CONSENT. PARTIAL RELEASE. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said mortgage as to the portion of the real property subdivided as The Estates of Nature's Crossing Subdivision described as follows: Lot A. This instrument constitutes a release of the lien of said mortgage only as to the real property described above in this paragraph 2 and shall not affect the lien of said mortgage on the remaining real property described herein, which shall remain in full force and effect.
