Ames Community Bank, 104 Chestnut Street, Ames, Iowa 50010-1766, mortgagee of a portion of the
property to be platted as WAL-MART'S SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, an Official Plat, now
included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, legally described in Exhibit"A"
attached hereto (and other property) pursuant to: (a) that certain mortgage in the original principal
amount of $650,000.00 in favor of Ames Community Bank recorded April 23, 2004 as
Instrument No. 04-04932 of the Story County, Iowa records, hereby consents to the plat of WAL-
MART'S SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION,as set forth in the final plat thereof.
