KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT:

covenant that he/she/it is the lawful owner of real estate described as follows:
Lot 2 and part of Lot 1.in Block 1 of Beedle's Subdivision in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa and.a part of the right of way of Lincoln Way,formerly known
as U.S. Highway#30 in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
