MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
AND PARTIAL RELEASE
WHEREAS,First National Bank,Ames,Iowa(the"Mortgagee")is the present owner of the
mortgage given by Ringgenberg Estates,L.L.C.,dated November 2,2005,and filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 8, 2005, as Instrument No. 05-14020, and
therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property described below; and
WHEREAS,the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property
described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as RINGGENBERG PARK
SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION,AMES,STORY COUNTY,IOWA,and deems it advisable
to do so; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to release the lien of said mortgage with
respect to certain tracts dedicated to public use within said subdivision plat;
NOW,THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration:
1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property
described as follows:
Parcel K in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16;
and Parcel L in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
16 and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, all in Township 83 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M.,City of Ames,Story County,Iowa,and filed
in the office of the Recorder of Story County,Iowa,on November 8,2005 as
Instrument No. 05-14007, in Slide 258 at Page 4;
to be known as RINGGENBERG PARK SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION.
2. PARTIAL RELEASE. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said mortgage as
to the portion of the real property subdivided as Ringgenberg Park Subdivision First Addition
described as follows:
Lots `A', `B', `C', `E', `G', `I', `J' and `K'.
This instrument constitutes a release of the lien of said mortgage only as to the real property
described above in this paragraph 2 and shall not affect the lien of said mortgage on the remaining
real property described herein, which shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on this
