I further state that I have examined the Abstract of Title to the following-described real estate, to-wit: A tract of land being an official replat of Outlot `G' of Northridge Heights Subdivision, Eighth Addition, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Outlot `G';thence N89°38'22"E, 1252.61 feet along the Northerly line of said Outlot to the Northeast Corner thereof; thence S00°27'49"E, 933.54 feet along the Easterly line of said Outlot to the Southeast Corner thereof;thence S88°15'23"W,282.51 feet along the Southerly line of said Outlot to the Northwest Corner of Lot 46 of said Eighth Addition,a point on a 1467.00 foot radius,non-tangent curve,concave Easterly;thence Northerly 73.49 feet along said Southerly line and said curve having a chord that bears N17°04'41"W, 73.48 feet; thence S74°21'25"W, 195.89 feet along said Southerly line to the Northwest Corner of Lot 45 of said Eighth Addition;thence S 15°38'35"E,23.15 feet along said Southerly line to the Northeast Corner of Northridge Heights Subdivision, Seventh Addition, said City of Ames; thence S79°08'16"W, 236.42 feet along the Northerly line of said Seventh Addition; thence N05°49'34"W, 199.41 feet along said Northerly line; thence NO3°06'37"W, 149.74 feet along said Northerly line; thence S85°35'08"W, 105.60 feet along said Northerly line; thence S89°38'30"W, 207.99 feet along said Northerly line; thence S00°36'58"E, 16.50 feet along said Northerly line; thence S89°23'02"W, 129.12 feet along said Northerly line to the Southwest Corner of said Outlot, a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of George Washington Carver Avenue; thence N00°41'37"W, 663.51 feet along said Easterly right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning; containing 23.48 acres, subject to easements and restrictions of record. -S from the root of the title thereof,down to and including the ,5 day of V rl(� ,2005, last certified by Abstract &Title Services of Story County(Iowa Title Guaranty Division Member - 4 #8650). The real estate has now been subdivided and is now known as NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION NINTH ADDITION, STORY COUNTY, IOWA. Based upon information within said Abstract of Title, it is my opinion that the fee simple title to said real estate is in Uthe Development Company,L.L.C.
