CONSENT TO PLAT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned, AIRPORT
ROAD DEVELOPERS, L.C., an Iowa Limited Liability Company, is the sole, lawful owner of
the real property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Lot 8,Airport Road Subdivision, Ames, Story County, Iowa;
and
Lot 1 Airport Road Subdivision, Second Addition,Ames, Story County, Iowa.
As owner of said real property, pursuant to section 354.11 of the Code of Iowa, the
undersigned does hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing of said real property as it
appears on the plat attached hereto is done with its free consent and in accordance with its desire.
The plat of said real property is to be known as:
Airport Road Subdivision,Third Addition,Ames,Story County,Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this instrument on this day
