In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the utilities and street base paving required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $40,000 for the remaining work that includes street lights and asphalt street surface paving.
