MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
WHEREAS,CitiMortgage,Inc. (the"Mortgagee")the present owner of the mortgage given
by John R.Nervig and Patti J.Nervig dated October 25,2002,and filed in the office of the Recorder
of Story County,Iowa,on October 25,2002,and recorded as Instrument No.�U -168T-WA<d thereafter
assigned to Mortgagee by Assignment dated October 25,2002 and filed in the office—of Ite Recorder
of Story County, Iowa, on October 25, 2002, and recorded as Instrument NoZ027 1'6 07,-apd
therefore,Mortgagee has an interest in the real property below; and,
WHEREAS,the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property
described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as SOMERSET SUBDIVISION
NINETEENTH ADDITION,AMES,STORY COUNTY,IOWA and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration:
1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property
described in the subdivision plat to be known as SOMERSET SUBDVISION NINETEENTH
ADDITION,AMES, STORY COUNTY,IOWA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its
behalf on this 11th day of October , 2004.
