Home My WebLink AboutA018 - Resolution No. 04-476A adopted October 26, 2004 -- --- - - - -- -- - -- - ---- - -- RESOLUTION NO. 04-476A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR SOMERSET SUBDIVISION, 17THADDITION, FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa: Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the asphalt base paving required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision has been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $6,000 for the remaining work that includes streetlights and asphalt surface paving.
