That ERBEN HUNZIKER AND MARGARET HUNZIKER DEVELOPMENT,
L.L.C.;D&R FURMAN,L.L.C.; and R.FRIEDRICH AND SONS,INC.,do hereby covenant
that they are the lawful owners of the following-described real estate situated in the County of Story,
State of Iowa, to-wit:

City of Ames, Story County,Iowa;
AND
Outlot G in Somerset Subdivision Tenth Addition, an Official Plat,

The undersigned do hereby certify,acknowledge and declare that the platting of said

STORY COUNTY, IOWA, is with their free consent and in accordance with their desires as
proprietors.
