The City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation of the State of Iowa, hereby certifies
that it has received full satisfaction under the terms of a certain Mortgage dated the 81h day of
November, 2010, executed by Southfork Development, L.L.C., as Instrument No. 2010-11621
and filed in the records of the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 16,
2010, and on the note therein mentioned and described; and does hereby acknowledge full
satisfaction of said Mortgage to the intent that the same may be discharged of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City has caused this instrument to be signed by its
