RE: Kinyon-Clark Subdivision, 1 s'Addition
Dear Mr. Friedrich:
At their meeting of June 8, 2004, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 04-250 accepting
completion of the utilities required in the Kinyon-Clark Subdivision, 1 st Addition. As a result, the
financial security for public improvements on file with the City for this Subdivision has been
reduced to $158,000 for the remaining work that includes the street paving, fixture adjustments,
and streetlights.
Please provide a new Letter of Credit in the amount of$158,000 prior to July 1, 2004. Thank you
for your attention to this matter.
