1030.00 foot radius, non-tangent curve, concave Westerly; thence
Northerly, 18.83 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot 1 and along
said curve having a chord bearing N11°31'53"E, 18.83 feet; thence
S50°58'13"E, 43.81 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot
1; thence N76°24'57"W, 38.88 feet along said Southerly line to the

corporation, its successors and assigns, a pedestrian easement upon,underground, over and across
the following real estate:
The Easterly 10 feet of Lot 4;
all of the foregoing in LONGVIEW SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, AMES, STORY
COUNTY, IOWA.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition that the users of the granted
rights will assume liability for all damage to the real estate described herein and any adjacent real
estate caused by the failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted rights.
