RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
STEAM TURBINE NO. 7 PARTS PROCUREMENT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, the Electric Services Department has filed a certificate of completion for the
Steam Turbine No. 7 Parts Procurement for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with a contract
dated May 14,2019,by and between the City of Ames,Iowa,and Mechanical Dynamics&Analysis,
LLC, of Clifton Park,New York.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the Steam Turbine No. 7 Parts Procurement has been
fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract and is
hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $139,936.42.
Section 3. The amount due Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC, of Clifton Park,
New York, is hereby ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
