does hereby consent to the platting of the above-described real estate, to be known as GRAND
JUNCTION SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION in the City of Ames, Iowa, and does further
hereby acknowledge and certify that the platting of said real estate is with its consent and in
accordance with its desires.
