CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT;
That ROLAND G, STRUSS and WILMA J. STRUSS, Husband and Wife
(legal titleholders), and SCOTT T. BLUM and SHELE BLUM, Husband and
Wife, (contract purchasers under an unrecorded real estate contract)
do hereby covenant that they are the lawful owners of real estate
described as follows;
The Real Estate described on the attached Exhibit A
They hereby certify, acknowledge and declare that the platting of
this real estate to be known as River Ridge Subdivision, Story County,
Iowa, is with their free consent and in accordance with their desires as
proprietors, and they do further dedicate and set apart the Lot A, as
shown on said plat, to the perpetual use of the public for road purposes,
reserving unto said proprietors the right of access to the public road
across said Lot A,
