RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 6TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the asphalt
surface paving required for the Northridge Heights Subdivision, 6'Addition,is hereby accepted as
complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of June, 2005.
