KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

L.L.C. does hereby covenant that they are the lawful owners of the following-described real estate
situated in the County of Story, State of Iowa, to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12 in Block 5 of College Park Addition to the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 12, thence
N00032'04"W, 172.14 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 12;
thence S89°24'58W, 120.07 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Lot
11;thence S00°30'22"E, 172.16 feet to the Southwest Corner of said
Lot 11; thence N89°24'13"E, 120.15 feet to the point of beginning,
containing .48 acres.
The undersigned do hereby certify,acknowledge and declare that the platting of said
real estate to be known as HUNZIKER-HABITAT SUBDIVISION,AMES,STORY COUNTY,
IOWA, is with their free consent and in accordance with their desires as proprietors.
