RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
SHARED USE PATH IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOUTH FORK SUBDIVISION, 6TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the shared use
path improvements required for the South Fork Subdivision, 6`' Addition, are hereby accepted as
complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of September, 2019.
