HomeMy WebLinkAboutA020 - Email correspondence regarding covenants Doug Marek/COA To Jeff D Benson/COA@COA 01/21/2008 05:52 PM cc Jill Grimsley/COA@COA, Diane R Voss/COA@COA bcc Subject PowerFilm Subdivision Waiver Request I reviewed the recorded covenants dated April 8, 2003,for assessment of costs of improvements and pertaining to water service. These covenants were apparently required as a condition of approval of the Gene Harris'Second Subdivision, Boone County. Both covenants include the area comprised of Outlot H,which is the area of the proposed PowerFilm subdivision, and they are binding on successors and assigns. The covenants have an original "life"of 21 years, so about 16 years remain before expiration. The City at that time could let the covenants exire or they could renew them.
