RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
QUARRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, 2ND ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the minor
utility adjustments required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named
Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $30,701 for the remaining work that includes stormwater management and public
sidewalk.
