Grantor grants to the City of Ames, Iowa, its successors and assigns, the right to use a parcel of land located across Lot One (1), Hach Subdivision, Second Addition, Ames, Story County, Iowa more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 1 of Hach Subdivision, Second Addition, thence N00°49'09"W, 99.26 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence N00°49'09"W, 595.15 feet, thence N89°28'49"E, 394.95 feet, thence S00°48'31"E, 403.58 feet, thence S89°16'42"W, 128.46 feet, thence S83°42'47"W, 128.50 feet, thence S60°08144"W, 72.61, thence S00°49'09"E, 142.69 feet, thence S89°31'03"W, 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Note: No grading in this area allowed unless permitted by the City of Ames. Additional storm sewer pipe outlets into the pond are allowed with the approval of the City of Ames. The City of Ames will maintain the shorelines, storm sewer outlets and emergency spillway for erosion only. Mowing and other maintenance is the responsibility of the lot owner. (2) Storm Sewer and Surface Flowage Easement.
