CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That DAVID P. JAMISON and KAREN A. JAMISON, husband and wife, do hereby
acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following described real estate situated in
Story County, Iowa:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township
84 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa, more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20;thence S00015'43"E,40.00
feet along the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 20 to a point on the south right of way line of Cameron School Road,the
