SUBJECT Reduction of Improvement Surety for Subdivision
Mr, Jack Coy has requested that we review the bonding requirements for
improvements in his additions. , The following table indicates the present status:

A check of the Finance Office indicates that Bliss owes the City $91. 13 and
Coy owes $46. 00. Both accounts are current,
Mr® Coy asked whether new checks to be deposited could possibly be personal
checks rather than certified checks as are now being held. Remaining improvements
consist of sidewalks in all additions.
I recommend that; Bliss and Coy be allowed to deposit a new check in the amount
of $3, 406. 00 and that the present checks now being held be released.
