The City Clerk's Office would like your help in maintaining our records pertaining to various
subdivisions in our community. A review of our"pending" files shows we've not yet received
recorded copies of final plat documents for the following:
Subdivision Date approved
Second Addition to Country Estates Subdivision 11/22/94
Country Estates, Third Addition 7/11/95
If you would please arrange to get copies of these recorded documents to us, we can ensure the
