HomeMy WebLinkAboutA003 - Easement for Utilities dated June 23, 1995 EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES The undersigned hereby grant, with waiver of all rights of dower, homestead and distributive share, the following public and private utility easements over, on, across, and under Third Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, as follows: The West 15 feet and the East 15 feet of Lot One; The West 15 feet and the East 15 feet of Lot Two; The West 15 feet and the East 15 feet of Lot Three; The West 15 feet, the East 15 feet, and the North 15 feet of Lot Four; The South 30 feet, the East 15 feet, and the North 30 feet of Lot Five; The Southeast 30 feet and the North 30 feet of Lot Six; The Southeast 30 feet and the North 30 feet of Lot Seven; The East 30 feet of Lot 8. The East 30 feet of Lot 9. The East 30 feet of Lot 10. The East 30 feet and the South 15 feet of Lot 11. In addition, there is an existing 50 foot Overhead Electical Easement across parts of Outlot "F" and Lots 3,4,8, and 9. The foregoing easements shall be binding upon the grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns and shall continue indefinitely, including ingress and egress necessary in connection therewith. Grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns shall have the right of full enjoyment and use of the above-described property except as such that will be inconsistent with this easement.
