RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-296ACCEPTING PLAT
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Ames, a plat described as Third Addition to Country
Estates Subdivision, in Story County, Iowa, which is more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution
and incorporated herein by this reference; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Ames, Iowa, has recommended that a conceptual development
plan, including the above-described real estate, be approved and
the City Council of the City of Ames has previously approved said
conceptual development plan; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the owners of the real estate have
met all conditions, as required by law, concerning the platting
of the real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-
City of Ames, Iowa:
1 . The plat of Third Addition to Country Estates
Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, be and is hereby accepted and
approved.

5th P.M., Story County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
East Quarter Corner of said Section 13; thence N 89°41'48" W, 55.00 feet along the North
line of the NEI/a of the SEI/a of said Section 13 to the West line of Dayton Road and the
