HomeMy WebLinkAboutA005 - Easement for Public Utilities dated November 9, 1994 EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES I, James R. Crotty, hereby grant the following public utility easements over, on, across, and under Second Addition to Country Estates Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, as follows: The East 15 feet and the North 15 feet of Lot One; The Northerly 15 feet of Lot Two; The Easterly 15 feet of Lot Three; The East 15 feet of Lot Four; The East 15 feet and the North 15 feet of Lot Five; The East 15 feet and the West 15 feet of Lot Six; The East 15 feet and the Westerly 15 feet and the Southerly 15 feet of Lot Seven; The East 15 feet and the Westerly 15 feet of that part of Outlot A lying east of North Fork Road. In addition, a temporary easement until such time as North Fork Road is extended into a future development for a cul-de sac on the Easterly 50 feet of the Northerly 100 feet of Lot 5. Except for the temporary easement described above, the foregoing easements shall be binding upon the grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns and shall continue indefinitely, including ingress and egress necessary in connection therewith. Grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns shall have the right of full enjoyment and use of the above-described property except as such that will be inconsistent with this easement.
