CITY OF AMES, IOWA
RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-474 ACCEPTING PLAT
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Ames, a plat described as Second Addition to Country
Estates Subdivision, in Story County, Iowa, which is more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution
and incorporated herein by this reference; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Ames, Iowa, has recommended that a conceptual development
plan, including the above-described real estate, be approved and
the City Council of the City of Ames has previously approved said
conceptual development plan; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the owners of the real estate have
met all conditions, as required by law, concerning the platting
of the real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Ames, Iowa:
1 . The plat of Second Addition to Country Estates
Subdivision, Story County, Iowa, be and is hereby accepted and
approved.

and appointed Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of
Ames, Iowa, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution No. _94-a4 is a true and accurate copy of said
Resolution; that said Resolution was duly passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, at a duly called
meeting thereof on this 22nd day of mber 1994 .
