RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 4TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department, the base
paving and curb and gutter required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named
Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner by Manatt's, Inc..
Section Two.The only remaining improvements needed are street lights and asphalt surface.
Section Three. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
reduced to $18,000.
