BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the dedication of Lot`C',Public Street,(George Washington Carver Avenue,Harrison Road,Wembley Avenue,Foxley Drive,Bridgeport Drive,and Valley View Road)for public street services be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames,Iowa, and all acts of Uthe Development Company,L.L.C., are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 13th day of .
