covenant that they are the lawful owners of real estate described as

They hereby certify, acknowledge and declare that the platting of

IOWA„ is with their free consent and in accordance with their desires as
proprietors, and they do further dedicate and set apart the streets shown
on said plat to the perpetual use of the public.

Iowa being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
