Story County, Iowa, on December 20, 2001 and recorded as Instrument# 01-18151 on
Slide 115 at Page 4; more particularly described as follows:
"Beginning at the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot One (1), Parker's Addition, in the
City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence N 89' 46' 08" W, 174.81 feet along the south line
of said Lot 1; thence Northeasterly, along the northwesterly line of the Fort Dodge, Des
Moines & Southern abandoned Railway and along a 490 foot radius curve, concave
southeasterly, an arc distance of 237.26 feet (the long chord bears N 340 00' 17" E,
234.95 feet); thence S 890 46' 08" E, 43.41 feet along the north line of the South 195.3 feet
of Lot 1; thence S 000 00' 00" W, 195.30 feet along the west line of Stanton Avenue, to the
Point of Beginning."
