Code of Iowa, hereby certify that the Real Property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known

is free from certified taxes and certified special assessments. More particularly, the official records of my
office show that all certified taxes and special assessments have been paid in full for the parcels of land
presently having the following parcel identification numbers:
09-09-131-040(2400 Chamberlain);
09-09-131-05 D(207 Stanton Avenue);
09-09-131-060 (215 Stanton Avenue);
09-09-131-070(217 Stanton Avenue); and
09-09-131-080 (217 Stanton Avenue).
which, based upon the representations of the Owners identified in the Consent to Platting to which this cer-
tificate is attached, are all the lands included in said subdivision plat.
