MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT THAT:
Bankers Trust Company, N.A. (the "Mortgagee") is the present owner of that certain Mortgage
given by Terra Firma,L.P.,to Bankers Trust Company,N.A.,under date of September 5, 2001, and filed in
the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 28, 2001, and recorded as Instrument N°
01-16630. By virtue of said mortgage, Mortgagee has an interest in the Real Property described in the
Consent to platting to which this instrument is attached to be known as:
Second Addition,Terra Firma Subdivision,Ames,Iowa(the"Real Property").
Terra Firma,L.P.(the"Owner")giving said Consent has requested that the Mortgagee consent to
the platting of the Real Property. The Mortgagee deems it advisable to do so.
NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration:
The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the Real Property described in the attached
subdivision plat to be known as Second Addition,Terra Firma Subdivision,Ames,Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its behalf
on this pLff—day of May,2002.

the foregoing instrument; that NO SEAL has been procured by the said corporation; that said instrument
was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors;and that the said Darrell E.
Hughes and William V. Mullins as such officers acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be the
