CONSENT TO SUBDIVISIONPLATTING
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT THAT:
Terra Firma, L.P., an Iowa limited partnership, is the sole, lawful Owner and proprietor of the
Real Property located in Story County,Iowa,and legally described as:
Parcel "T" in Lot 1, Parker's Addition, in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, as
shown on the "Plat of Survey"filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa,
on December 20,2001, and recorded as Instrument N2 01-18151 on Slide 115 at Page 4,
and more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1,Parker's Addition, in the City of Ames, Story
County,Iowa;thence North 89°46'08"West, 174.81 feet along the south line of said Lot
1; thence Northeasterly, along the northwesterly line of the Fort Dodge, Des Moines &
Southern abandoned Railway and along a 490-foot radius curve, concave southeasterly,
an arc distance of 237.26 feet(the long chord bears North 34°00' 17"East, 234.95 feet);
thence South 89'46' 08" East, 43.41 feet along the north line of the South 195.3 feet of
Lot 1;thence South 000 00,00"West, 195.30 feet along the west line of Stanton Avenue,
to the Point of Beginning. -
The Owner has caused to be filed herewith a subdivision plat of said Real Property,which shall be
known as:
Second Addition,Terra Firma Subdivision,Ames,Iowa,
and which has been prepared with the free consent and desire of the Owner, together with all instruments
required by law attached hereto and by this reference incorporated as if set out fully, in accordance with the
requirements of chapters 354 and 355 of the Code of Iowa and local ordinances.
