RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
VILLAGE PARK SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the asphalt
surfacing and shared use path required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-
named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $39,318.00 for the remaining work that includes utility adjustments, pubic sidewalk,
pedestrian ramps, and COSESCO (erosion control).
ADOPTED THIS 13t' day of November, 2018.
