RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR
LONGVIEW SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer, as required as a condition for approval of the site plan for
Longview Subdivision, First Addition, has been completed in an acceptable manner by Ames
Trenching and Excavating, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering
Division of the Public Works Department and found to meet city specifications and standards.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
that the completion of sanitary sewer improvements for the Longview Subdivision,First Addition,
is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED THIS 8' day of January, 2002.
