MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING
AND PARTIAL RELEASE
WHEREAS, First National Bank, Ames, Iowa (the "Mortgagee") the present owner of the
mortgage given by Ronald J. McMillen and Rebecca S. McMillen dated May 5, 1997, and filed in
the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on May 7, 1997, and recorded as Instrument No.
97-04393, and therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property below; and,
WHEREAS,the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property
described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as CAMERON PINES ESTATES
SUBDIVISION and deems it advisable to do so; AND,
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to release the lien of said mortgage with
respect to certain tracts dedicated to public use within said subdivision plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration:
1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property
described in the subdivision plat to be known as CAMERON PINES ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
2. PARTIAL RELEASE. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said mortgage as
to that certain real property situated in Story County, Iowa, described as follows:
Lot `A', Public Street, (River Ridge Road, Sun Lake Circle, Pond
View Circle).
Additional Fee Right-of-Way(North Dakota Avenue): The West 60
feet of the South 34 feet and the West 50 feet of the North 407.89 feet
of the South 471.89 feet of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 20-T84N-
R24W of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa.
Additional Fee Right-of-Way(Cameron School Road):The North 65
feet of the West 265.18 feet of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 20-T84N-
R24W of the 5t" P.M., Story County, Iowa.
This instrument constitutes a release of the lien of said mortgage only as to the real property
described above and shall not affect the lien of said mortgage on the remaining real property
described therein which shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its

First National Bank, Ames, Iowa, that the seal affixed to this instrument is the seal of said
corporation,and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of the corporation by authority
of its board of directors; and they acknowledged that the execution of the instrument was the
voluntary act and deed of the corporation.
