November 14, 2001 Hunziker&Associates 105 South 16th Street Ames, Iowa 50010 Attention Chuck Winkleblack RE: Cameron Pines Estates Subdivision Dear Chuck: At their meeting of November 13, 2001, the Ames City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for the above-referenced Subdivision with the following stipulations. 1. That a "Waiver of Rights to Appeal Assessments Agreement" be signed by the developer before the Final Plat is approved by the City Council. 2. That the developer provide a 15' easement along the front of future lots parallel to street right-of-way to prevent tree planting from interfering with any future infrastructure installation. 3. That the developer install full cut-off street lights, as required by the Municipal Code. As you may be aware, it is necessary to file the final plat documents within one year of the date of approval of the Preliminary Plat. If you have any questions, please contact me.
