2351,2355, 2361-2367 HAMILTON CIRCLE;
2340-2347 HILTON COURT AND 2205 GREEN HILLS DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at2200,2210,2211-2438 Hamilton Drive;2351,2355,2361-2367
Hamilton Circle; 2340-2347 Hilton Court, and 2205 Green Hills Drive, and the owner is Green Hills
Residents Association (GHRA) and Green Hills Health Care Center, Inc. (GHHCC); and,

rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the Plat of Survey for 2200, 2210, 2211-2438 Hamilton Drive; 2351, 2355, 2361-2367
Hamilton Circle; 2340-2347 Hilton Court, and 2205 Green Hills Drive is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 25" day of September, 2018.
