CONSENT TO PLATTING
FARM CREDIT SERVICES OF AMERICA,Mortgagee under the following mortgage
executed by TERRA FIRMA, L. P.,an Iowa Limited Partnership, as Mortgagors: Mortgage
dated May 30, 2000, and filed for record on June 1, 2000, as Instrument No. 00-05849,
records of Story County, Iowa; does by these presents consent to the platting of the
following-described real estate:
Parcel "F" in the North Half of Section Eight (8), Township 83 North, Range
24 West of the 5" P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; as shown
on the Plat of Survey" filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County,
Iowa, on May 17, 2000, and recorded as Instrument#00-05171 on Slide 67
at Page 4 AND Parcel"G"in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section Eight (8), Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M.,
Story County, Iowa, as shown on the"Plat of Survey"filed in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on May 17, 2000, and recorded as
Instrument#00-05171 on Slide 67 at Page 4;
said real estate to be platted and known as South Fork Subdivision, First Addition, to
Ames, Iowa.
This Consent is executed pursuant to Section 354.11(2), The Code of Iowa.
