Copy of letter to developer from Planning and Housing RE: Planning and Zoning Commission Action is received. Place approval of Preliminary Plat on next Council meeting agenda. 2. City Council approval of Preliminary Plat(w/in 30 days of referral by the P&Z Commission). 3� 14 —o 1 Resolution No. ® 3 (An approved Preliminary Plat is valid for one year from the date of Council approval by which time the applicant shall submit an Application for Final Plat.) 3. Application Form and Final Plat are filed with the City Clerk by the Planning and Housing Department. Must be placed on Council agenda within 21 days of receipt by Planning and Housing. -C The following attachments must be sent to us signed by applicable individual(s): ow Legal description of the area proposed to be subdivided(not signed) ow 2 large final plat maps with original signatures ew 2 small final plat maps (8 '/z x 17 or smaller)with original signatures CW 2 copies of consent by owner(s) VW 2 copies of consent by mortgage holder(s) or lien holder(s) -if applicable VW 2 copies of all required easements O ow 2 copies of Title Opinion 2 copies of Treasurer's Certificate(land is free from certified taxes/special assessments) " 0 2 copies of Sidewalk Agreement Certificate from Municipal Engineer that"as built"plans show that all required improvements have been satisfactorily completed OR 2 copies of Agreement for Public Improvements and certificate from City Clerk that a performance bond guaranteeing completion of all required improvements has been approved by the City Attorney and filed with the City Clerk. File performance bond w/copy of certificate in vault/send original certificate to developer, copy to Planning and Housing, and copy in Subdivision file/update ACCESS.) ` 3 copies of Resolution from the City Council accompanied by an as-built certification from th Municipal En ig neer accepting and approving any required improvements that have been made (� along with any required maintenance bond for such improvements. 3 copies of Resolution from the City Council approving Final Plat 4.
