RESOLUTION NUMBER 02-014
ACCEPTING PLAT OF SOMERSET SUBDIVISION ELEVENTH ADDITION,
AMES, STORY COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS,there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
a plat of real estate described as:
Outlot D in Block 2 of Somerset Subdivision Fifth Addition, an
Official Plat now included in and forming a part of the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa,
to be known as SOMERSET SUBDIVISION ELEVENTH ADDITION AMES, STORY
COUNTY,IOWA, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Ames, Iowa, has
recommended that the plat be approved and,
WHEREAS, the owner of said real estate, Erben Hunziker and Margaret Hunziker
Development,L.L.C.;D&R Furman,L.L.C.; and R.Friedrich&Sons,Inc.have executed a written
Consent declaring that the platting is with its free consent and is in accordance with its desires as
proprietor, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the
plat should be approved,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa,that the plat of SOMERSET SUBDIVISION ELEVENTH ADDITION,AMES,STORY,
COUNTY, IOWA, be and it is hereby accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all acts of Erben Hunziker and Margaret
Hunziker Development, L.L.C.; D & R Furman, L.L.C.; and R. Friedrich & Sons, Inc., are hereby
confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 8th day of .
