This is to certify that I am an Attorney at Law, duly admitted to practice in the State of
Iowa and located at Ames, Iowa; that I have examined the abstract of title ce 'fied to by
Abstract and Title Services from the root of title down to and including the day of
btr , 2001, at 9a e (p o'clock R_.M. and dealing with the title to the
following described real estate:
Hillside Subdivision, Seventh Addition, being an official re-plat, is described
as Outlot "U" in Hillside Subdivision, Sixth Addition, an Official Plat, now
included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa.
1. Based upon my examination of the abstract, I am of the opinion that
merchantable title, in fee simple and free from material objections, is in Hunziker
Development Co., L.C., subject to easements of record.
Said real estate is to be part of a subdivision hereinafter known as Hillside Subdivision,
Seventh Addition, in Ames, Iowa.
