RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2335 AND 2341 210TH STREET,BOONE COUNTY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line adjustment
per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code•, and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 2335 AND 2341 210"'Street, and the owners are:
2335 210th Street-James H. Reynolds and Chrystine H. Reynolds
2341 210th Street- Steve R. Decker;
and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is:
Boone County
EXISTING DECKER PROPERTY-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the Southeast Quarter(SE'/4)of the
Southwest Quarter(SW'/4)of Section 25 Township 84 North,Range 25 West of the 5"'P.M.,Boone County,Iowa,
including the South 620.00 feet of the West 596.97 feet of the SE'/4 of the SW'/4.
EXISTING REYNOLDS PROPERTY-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the Southeast Quarter(SE'/4) of
the Southwest Quarter(SW'/4)of Section 25 Township 84 North,Range 25 West of the 5th P.M.,Boone County,
Iowa, including Parcel B and Parcel C;
and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by the
Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat
of Survey for 2335 and 2341 210th Street,Boone County, is hereby approved.
