RELEASE OF OBLIGATION
THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA, a municipal corporation of the State of Iowa,hereby certifies that it
has received full payment of all sums due under a certain covenant dated the 23`d day of October, 2001,
and recorded in as Instrument No. 0 1-14851 in the office of the Recorder, County of Story, State of Iowa,
with respect to land described as:
