RELEASE OF OBLIGATION
THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, a municipal corporation of the State of Iowa,hereby certifies that it
has received full payment of all sums due under a certain covenant dated the 23rd day of October, 2001,
and recorded in as Instrument No. 01-14851 in the office of the Recorder, County of Story, State of Iowa,
with respect to land described as:

The City of Ames, Iowa, does hereby acknowledge full satisfaction of said payment obligation to the
