RESOLUTION APPROVING SECONDARY CONTRACT AND BOND FOR
UNDERGROUND TRENCHING FOR ELECTRIC SERVICES
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
Section 1. The contract between the City of Ames,Iowa,and Communication Data Link,LLC
of Grimes, Iowa, dated the 24t' day of February, 2015, for the Underground Trenching for
Electric Services as provided for in the detailed plans and specifications referred to in the
preamble hereof, and the performance bond of the said contractor with IMT of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, in the amount of$75,000 filed in connection therewith, be and the
same are hereby approved.
Section 2. All resolutions or order or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extend of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 12t''day of June, 2018.
