NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, THAT: 1. Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 364.7,notice regarding the proposed sale of real property, which included the date set for the public hearing, was published on May 15, 2018. 2. The public hearing regarding the disposition of the property was held on May 22,2018, pursuant to said notice, and the City Council approved said conveyance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed with respect to the above described land for and on behalf of the City of Ames,Iowa, and the City Clerk shall attest thereto.
